Refund and Return Policy
We do not offer returns on candles given the custom nature of them, but we will offer a replacement item for defected or lost in transit items. See policy below.
All other items are subject to return or refund if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please contact our team here for further information on this.
All refunds, minus shipping and restocking fees, will be issued back onto the original form of payment or in the form of store credit if requested. Please allow the refunded amount to show in your account within 5-7 business days as each banking system has different processing timeframes. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Incorrect Order & Damages
If you receive an incorrect product or any items arrive broken or damaged, please contact our team by emailing hello@lightthekingdom.com within 48hrs of receiving your order with your order number, name the order was placed under, and a photo of the item for our team to review.
Can I change my shipping address?
In order to best assist you with a new shipping address, please email our team here with your desired address including your name and order number so they can look into updating this for you right away! Please know if your order has already been processed and shipped we will be unable to make any changes to the original address. Please note, some products may ship separately.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed at our fulfillment center you will receive a tracking number in a separate email. Please note, some products may ship separately.
Our candles are created in the USA & ship from New England using a 100% natural soy wax blend. 100% cotton wick.
How long does a candle last?
The average burn time 50-60 hours. This may vary depending on usage and candle size.
What scents do the candles come in?
