Refund policy

We do not offer returns on candles given the custom nature of them, but we will offer a replacement item for defected or lost in transit items. See policy below.

All other items are subject to return or refund if you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your item. Please contact our team here for further information on this.

All refunds, minus shipping and restocking fees, will be issued back onto the original form of payment or in the form of store credit if requested. Please allow the refunded amount to show in your account within 5-7 business days as each banking system has different processing timeframes. All shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
